To provide you with the best experience, and be as efficient as possible, there will be a charge of $45.00 for a “First Time” clean-up. The plans outline will then be what is charged on a regular basis. If the service is paused or cancelled for more than 30 days, clients are subject to another “First Time” clean-up charge.
These prices are based on 1 – 5,000sqft yards. Larger yards are subject to price changes.
Add the service of Yard Wash to your pickup for an additional $40.00. Yard Wash is great for eliminating orders, especially during Florida summers when you can’t beat the heat. This service can be provided any time, or only when you want us to.
We will not enter yards that are locked or have a closed gate. This service is provided on the same days, to help each client plan their day. If we cannot access your yard, we will attempt to reach out and/or reschedule for another time. To make sure that the service is always done, we do recommend that someone is on the premises when we arrive.
All waste is removed from the property, and our equipment is sanitized between each yard. We take disease control seriously – keeping you and your pet safe.
